WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT FOR ORDERS?

Visa, Mastercard, & American Express are accepted as well as debit cards bearing their logos. We do not take Discover card. We can also ship COD, an $8.00 charge will be added to the invoice.


WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?

We have no minimum order! Certain products such as key blanks are sold in pre packaged quantities and cannot be broken up.


WHAT IS YOUR PREPAID FREIGHT MINIMUM?

We will pay the freight on orders over $375.00 in the continental United States, excluding key machines and safes.


WHAT ARE YOUR ACCOUNT TERMS?

Account terms are 2% 10, Net 30 days. Accounts not paid within terms are subject to a 1.8% monthly service charge. A credit application must be completed, submitted, and approved before an account is activated. A $25.00 fee will be charged for a returned check.


WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

You will be notified by email and on your invoice of any items that were out of stock at the time of your order. Backorders will not be filled automaticlly, you must notify us if you wish to backorder any out of stock items.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?

The standard shipping time for orders shipped UPS is 1 to 7 working days depending on your location. For faster shipping options please contact us.


CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO A P.O. BOX?

No, our merchandise is shipped via UPS and a valid street address is required to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting your order. We also cannot ship UPS to A.P.O. F.P.O., or international addresses. Please contact us for alternate shipping options.


HOW SOON AFTER PLACING MY ORDER WILL IT BE SHIPPED OUT?

Orders recieved by 2:00PM PST will be shipped that same day.
